Mares: Registered only, current on all vaccinations, coggins and worming. NO rear shoes.
Guarantee: Live foal to suck and stand first 24 hours.
Breeding Dates: Feb. 1 to May 1
AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY RELEASE:
1)If the mare dies or becomes unfit to breed then another mare may be substituted if approved by the stallion owner. If the mare owner fails to deliver the mare ( or substitute mare) for re-breeding the following year, then any and all fees paid shall be forfeited. The right to re-breed is thereby canceled and stallion owner is released from any further obligation whatsoever. Contract is non-transferable.
2)If veterinarian or farrier is needed, permission is granted and the horse owner will pay all fees.
3)Horse owner or representatives agree that neither will hold under any circumstances trainer or land owner, family, guests, representatives, employees, veterinarian, or farrier responsible or injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind whatsoever that may occur to horses, individuals, or equipment while at 4017 Highway 81 West Lancaster, Wi 53813 residence or thereafter. Horse owner or their representatives in addition to in no way limiting the above, agree to hold stallion owner, land owner, family, guests, representatives, employees, veterinarian or farrier harmless from any damages or liability by reason of the act or actions or conditions of any said owners stock, individuals, or equipment while arriving at, present at or departing from 4017 Highway 81 West Lancaster, Wi 53813 residence.
4)Breeding is only guaranteed on horse most reasonable considering the nature of the business involved and in accordance with the generally accepted standards, practices, and procedures of horse breeding serving this nature throughout the United States.
5)This written contract herein shall be the whole of the contract between the parties and no alleged oral alterations or amendments shall be given any force or effect without said alterations, amendments, or conditions having been reduced to writing and signed by both parties to this contract and attached to the contract. It is specifically understood and agreed that all terms and conditions and negotiations prior to the execution of the contract have been consolidated and are embodied in the contract itself and that this contract has been entered into following negotiations, consideration, and understanding by all parties hereto.
